Bursting with botanical garden flavours, this cocktail is the perfect Autumn antidote for anyone longing for the Summer’s misplaced promises.

Titled the ‘Broken Wish’ and created by @robby_iann it is now being served as Cocktail of the Month by the gregarious team at the celebrated Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols in London.

INGREDIENTS:

35 ml Broken Clock Vodka
25 ml Aperol
10 ml Lime Cordial
10ml Rose Syrup
15 ml Lemon Juice
Top with Sekforde Raspberry, Sage & Rose Botanical Spring Water

Garnish:
Edible Flower Garnish

METHOD:

Add all ingredients (except the botanical sparkling water) to a Boston Tin and shake with ice until very cold.

Strain into a large wine glass with plenty of ice and top with the sparkling water and stir.

Carefully float the edible flower on the top of the cocktail and serve.
