This somewhat seasonal pairing has been given an uplifting Eastern Mediterranean spin and should give you a welcome boost for #sundaybrunch.

@brothermarcus_ have plated-up this colourful stack of honey roasted squash and coffee roasted carrots, enlivened with a herb and freekeh salad and an exotic sumac dressing.

It’s served up with a piquant and herby #brunchtipple – a green #brokenclockvodka Prasinos Mule, laced with sweet, resinous Greek Mastiha spirit.

And this has got your hankering for a taste of the sun-soaked Med then this pairing can be procured at both of Brother Marcus’s London restaurants this Winter.

INGREDIENTS

35 ml Broken Clock Vodka
15 ml Mastiha Spirit
15 ml Lemon Juice
Top with Brother Marcus House Ginger Beer

Garnish:
3 Basil Leaves
Rosemary Sprig

METHOD

Build the cocktail in a well-iced highball glass, stir and top with the aromatic garnish.
