Splash Cynar Amaro
Top-up Bermondsey Cucumber Tonic

Garnish:
Cucumber Ribbon
Dehydrated Apple Slice

METHOD:

Build the cocktail over ice in a highball glass and slide the cool cucumber in and perch the apple slice on the top.
