Dart out of the damp and dreary downpours, huddle up and snaffle this rather chirpy creation from one of the capital’s cosiest cocktail spots.

Crafted by David Sanchez Iravedra at the boutique Gore Hotel, this somewhat swanky snifter combines a trio of bright fruity flavours with our lingering vodka, topped with sugar-coated raspberries and nestled in a ruffle of fragrant lemongrass.

It’s a sophisticated yet playful pick-me-up that’ll beat the blues and perk up the cloudiest of dispositions.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Broken Clock Vodka
10 ml Raspberry liqueur
10 ml lemon juice
25 ml cranberry juice
Fresh lemongrass
3 muddled Raspberries

Garnish
Raspberries dusted with icing sugar

METHOD

Start by arranging the sliced lemongrass around the edge of a tumbler glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Muddle the raspberries in a Boston Tin, add the Broken Clock Vodka and fruit juices, shake and double strain into the glass. Garnish with a few raspberries dusted with icing sugar and tuck in.
