Today it's the turn of Erik Lorincz and the Kwant Mayfair team to take over the cocktail bar in The Sloane Pavilion where they'll be serving up this stylish broken clock vodka snifter, Tropical Miracles.
It's a tangy tipple that will add some exotic flavour to the somewhat chilly Chelsea air - combining our awfully english vodka with Disaronno, passionfruit, citrus and oat milk, topped with The London Essence Company Pineapple Soda.
And hats off to Kwãnt Mayfair who were voted New Bar of the Year at the coveted @classbarmag awards earlier this week - giving visitors all the more reason to don their fascinators and pop along for a cocktail this afternoon.
