Belgravia’s Michelin star awarded restaurant @musebytomaikens has added Broken Clock to its cannily considered back bar – and this awfully English vodka should be quite at home at the intimate establishment, which is housed within a bijou Georgian mews house and specialises in meticulously sourced British ingredients.

Chef Tom Aikens and his team pride themselves on cogitating together over all aspects of the food and drinks menu and this cunningly crafted cocktail is no different, combining Broken Clock Vodka and a whisp of English vermouth with a herbaceous tomato water, specially prepared for the recipe by the chefs.
