Orchard Blossom

April 28, 2020

Across England’s green, pleasant pastures and abundant country gardens the orchard blossom is now in bloom.

Broken Clock Vodka’s quintessentially English character comes from one such garden, Shandy Hall in North Yorkshire, where it feels almost like time has stood still. At the end of the garden grow three ancient apple trees, each patiently ripening their bounty throughout the Summer months until the Autumn breezes entice them to relinquish their harvest.

And it is these windfall apples which we add to the traditional copper still to make Broken Clock, along with a subtle infusion of other classic English ingredients.

The result is a full bodied and complex vodka which - rather like the orchard trees themselves each year - begins with delicate floral aromas and culminates with a long, lingering bitter-sweet apple finish.
