This crafty creation takes our awfully English vodka — which has a handful of old English apple varieties in its recipe — and mingles its deliberately characterful taste with a homemade apple cordial and a splash of late-season vintage Showerings Cider.
The result is a crisp, crunchy and complex concoction that may not guarantee to keep the doctor away — but it’ll indubitably leave your tastebuds feeling fit as a fiddle.
Created especially to celebrate the world’s biggest cocktail festival, it’s being served until 22nd October by Francesco Delfino and his talented team at this sleek and decadently inviting bar and social, which is tucked away in the heart of Soho.
