Today we have been reminiscing about the jolly fine time we had last weekend, immersing ourselves in the ultimate pub garden experience — Tom Kerridge’s Pub In The Park.
For those who don’t know, Pub in the Park is a festival of food, music, Michelin-starred chefs and delightful drinks, all collected in the beautiful setting of Chiswick House & Gardens. Chiswick House is among the most glorious examples of 18th-century British architecture and naturally the gardens caught our attention. Chiswick gardens are the birthplace of the English Landscape Movement, where William Kent and his mentor, Lord Burlington, championed surroundings inspired by nature.
It was amongst these rolling lawns and serpentine pathways that we shared the tantalising flavours of Broken Clock Vodka with Pub in the Park visitors. Notable attendees along with Tom Kerridge were Heston Blumenthal, Rick Stein, and Monica Galetti, who all showcased their amazing cooking skills to lucky revellers. Michelin-star ‘pub’ food and a lingering sip of Broken Clock vodka seemed a harmonious combination indeed!
