This Summer Rose from The Chesterfield Mayfair combines floral rose tea infused Broken Clock Vodka with rich raspberry liqueur, tangy cranberry and fresh lime — and it’s shaken with egg white to create a breezy foam.

And it’s now being served by Alejandro Exequiel and the team at the luxury hotel’s Terrace Bar, which is thankfully located indoors, making it a splendid spot to shelter from any unseasonal weather.
