This canny pairing will compel even the crabbiest of individuals to claw their way out of bed for Sunday Brunch.

Fresh white crab meat is piled atop hot buttered toast with avocado, herbs, a nip of lemon and a pinch of chilli; served with a refreshing, crisp Broken Clock Cucumber Collins.


50 ml Broken Clock Vodka
25 ml Amalfi Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
60 ml Soda Water
Slice of Cucumber


Add the Broken Clock, lemon and sugar syrup to a Boston Tin, fill with ice and shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled highball glass, add ice, insert the cucumber slice and top with effervescent soda.
