An aromatic saffron infused #brokenclockvodka martini has been served up by @charlieboy367 and the team at @gunpowder_london along with a tender Chettinad duck skewer - bursting with fiery South Indian flavours.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Broken Clock Vodka Infused With Saffron
15 ml Sweet White Vermouth
Dash Lime Juice
Dash Saffron Sugar Syrup

Garnish:
Lemon Peel

METHOD

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice, stir until very cold and then strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Twist the lemon peel over the surface of the cocktail to release the essential oils and then pop it into the drink.
