Time for an awfully English tipple?

The answer is staring you right in the face.

This canny concoction is a fitting snifter to sip on as we find ourselves betwixt the seasons and contemplating the welcome prospect of an Indian Summer.

Create by David Sanchez at London’s Gore Hotel, it combines Autumnal cloudy apple with the lingering floral flavours of the English country garden, as Summertime clings on for just a tad longer.
