Twelve O’Clocktail

What better way to count down the ticking seconds to midnight on New Year’s Eve than with this deliciously tangy Broken Clock cocktail, created specially by Kalem McLoughlin and the team at Dickie’s Bar at Corrigan’s Restaurant in London.

This sophisticated tipple is bursting with apple, citrus and lively effervescence which makes for a fitting toast to 2020.

Ingredients:

30 ml Broken Clock Vodka
15 ml Killahora Orchards Pom-o-apple Port
15 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml lemon sherbert
5 ml gomme
Top with champagne
Apple fan garnish

Method:

Shake all the ingredients except the champagne over ice and strain into a flute glass. Top with chilled champagne and add garnish.
