Brokeroni

Brokeroni

A quintessentially British take on the Negroni, created to mark 100 years since Count Camillo Negroni’s love for botanical English spirits led to the birth of this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

25 ml

Broken Clock Lingering Vodka

25 ml

Asterley Bros Estate Red Vermouth

25 ml

Red Bitter

&

Orange Zest

A Sprig of Lemon Balm

Method

Combine the Broken Clock Lingering Vodka, vermouth and red bitter over plenty of ice in a mixing glass and stir with a bar spoon until well chilled. Strain into a crystal tumbler filled with ice, squeeze the essential oils of an orange zest and add it into the glass along with a sprig of lemon balm.

Windfall Mule

Windfall Mule

This intriguing twist on the archetypal vodka cocktail takes inspiration from the slow-ripened, organic apples in the Broken Clock recipe which only fall from the tree when they are perfectly ripe. Bright and refreshing but with a piquant, crunchy core.

Guelder Rose

A homage to the noble rose, itself an essential feature in every English Country Garden. This cocktail combines Broken Clock’s botanical recipe with tart foraged berry flavours, tangy citrus and floral notes of rose petals.

Guelder Rose

Broken Clock works with some of the World’s most respected bars and bartenders to create cocktails which are a true expression of the vodka’s characterful flavour and lingering pleasure.
