Broken Clock is inspired by English country gardens so it's no surprise that fresh herbs make for a fitting ingredient to combine with our vodka's elegant nature.
Dill Me In is a cocktail now being served at the Tom Kerridge's The Hand and Flowers in Marlow — Britain's only two Michelin star pub — and was created by bar manager Anthony Peart.
It is a twist on a classic sour cocktail made with Broken Clock Vodka and the delicious addition of fresh dill which adds some sweet grass, celery and aniseed flavours.
Indeed, the name is most appropriate as dill was believed by many ancient civilisations to be a herb that attracted money and wealth. It was often used in pagan witchcraft in spells of prosperity and in some cultures, dill was even used as a currency in its own right.
While we cannot promise fortune and glory if you visit The Hand and Flowers, we can guarantee a wealth of tasty tipples and soul enriching gastronomy.
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Discard ice then dry shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a martini coupe glass.
